Oyun sunucusu Hetzner altyapısında, Almanya'da barındırılır; Hetzner bir barındırma sağlayıcısı olarak sunucuyu çalıştırır. Oyunda şu anda reklam SDK'sı, analiz SDK'sı ya da satın alma hizmeti yoktur; bu nedenle reklam kimliğin veya benzeri tanımlayıcıların bu tür hizmetlerle paylaşılmaz. Hesabını ve oyunu sunmak için sözleşmenin ifası; oyunu güvenli tutmak, kötüye kullanımı (ör. şikâyet edilen mesajları) önlemek ve sunucuyu çalıştırmak için meşru menfaat (KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü, GDPR).
Veriler, hesabın var olduğu sürece Almanya'daki sunucuda tutulur. Hesabının ve verilerinin silinmesini istersen aşağıdaki adrese yaz. Silme isteğini yerine getirirken başkalarının oyununu etkileyen kayıtlar (ör. başka oyuncuların sohbet geçmişinde görünen mesajlar) anonimleştirilmiş olarak kalabilir.
Yaşadığın yere göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanı geri çekme hakkın vardır. Bunun için destek@5parmak.site adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Hesabını doğrulamak için oyundaki görünen adını ya da hesap bilgini isteyebiliriz. Ayrıca bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz; silinmesine yardımcı oluruz.
5parmak.site kendi çerezini kullanmaz ve reklam göstermez. Ziyaretler Cloudflare Web Analytics ile, kişisel veri saklanmadan sayılır. Site Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur; Cloudflare, IP adresi gibi bağlantı bilgilerini güvenlik ve iletim için kendi politikasına göre işler. Sitedeki dil seçimin yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır.
Bu politika değişirse yeni hali bu sayfada, tarihiyle yayınlanır. Önemli bir değişiklik (ör. yeni bir veri türü ya da yeni bir hizmet sağlayıcı) yürürlüğe girmeden önce burada yayınlanır.

Career Climb is a mobile game developed and published by 5parmak (individual developer). The game is not in the stores yet; this page explains what data the game will process, why, and your rights. Questions: destek@5parmak.site.

Remember that your display name, company name, chat messages and scores can be shown to other players; do not share personal information (such as your real name, address or phone number) in chat.
The game server is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany; Hetzner acts as a hosting provider that runs the server. The game currently has no advertising SDK, analytics SDK or purchase service, so no advertising ID or similar identifier is shared with such services. If one is added, this page is updated before it takes effect. Hetzner's policy: hetzner.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Performance of a contract for providing your account and the game; legitimate interest for keeping the game safe, preventing abuse (for example reported messages) and running the server (EU GDPR and the Turkish KVKK).
Data is kept on the server in Germany for as long as your account exists. If you want your account and data deleted, write to the address below. When we carry out a deletion, records that affect other players' experience (for example messages visible in other players' chat history) may remain in anonymised form.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or CCPA) you may access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to it and withdraw consent. Write to destek@5parmak.site; we answer within 30 days. We may ask for your in-game display name or account details to verify the account. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, write to us and we will help you have it removed.
5parmak.site sets no cookies of its own and shows no ads. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no personal data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as the IP address for security and delivery under its own policy. Your language choice on the site is kept only in your browser.
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. An important change (a new kind of data or a new service provider) is published here before it takes effect.
