City Blocks mobil oyununu 5parmak (bireysel geliştirici) geliştirir ve yayınlar. Bu sayfa, oyunun hangi verileri neden işlediğini ve bu veriler üzerindeki haklarını anlatır. Sorular için: [email protected].

Kısaca

Oyun hesap açtırmaz; ad, e-posta, telefon ya da şifre istemez.
İlerlemen (bölüm yıldızları, en iyi skorun, dil / ses / titreşim ayarların) yalnızca cihazında durur. Bizim bir oyun sunucumuz yok; oyun bize veri göndermez.
Oyun yalnızca isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam gösterir (canın bitince “reklam izle, devam et”). Reklamları Google AdMob sunar ve bunun için reklam kimliği gibi bazı verileri işler.
Dünya rekoru ve sıralamalar için Google Play Games ya da Apple Game Center kullanılır; bu hizmetlere giriş isteğe bağlıdır.
Oyunda satın alma yoktur. Rehber, fotoğraf, mikrofon, kamera ya da kesin konum (GPS) izni istemeyiz. Verilerini satmayız.

1. Cihazında kalan veriler

Açtığın bölümler ve yıldızların, sonsuz moddaki en iyi skorun ve dil / ses / titreşim ayarların cihazındaki oyun kaydında tutulur. Bunlar bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez. Oyunu kaldırdığında silinir.

2. Üçüncü taraf hizmetlerin işlediği veriler

Oyun aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetler, verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler:

3. Rıza ve tercihlerin

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık, İsviçre ve gerekli diğer bölgelerde oyun, verilerini kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için kullanmadan önce rızanı ister. Tercihini oyunun ana menüsündeki Reklam tercihleri düğmesinden dilediğin zaman değiştirebilirsin.
iOS'ta sistem “izleme” izni ister; reddedersen reklam kimliğin paylaşılmaz.
Telefonunun ayarlarından reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilir, silebilir ya da reklam kişiselleştirmeyi kapatabilirsin.
Ödüllü reklamlar isteğe bağlıdır; yalnızca sen izlemeyi seçtiğinde gösterilir. Bölüm aralarında zorunlu reklam yoktur.
Google Play Games ya da Game Center'a giriş yapmak zorunda değilsin; yapmazsan skorların yalnızca cihazında kalır.

Hukuki dayanak: kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için rızan; oyunu ücretsiz sunabilmek, reklamı ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için meşru menfaat (KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü, GDPR).

4. Ne kadar süre, nerede

Oyun verileri cihazında durur ve oyunu kaldırdığında silinir. Kişisel verilerini saklayan bir sunucu işletmiyoruz. Reklam ve sıralama sağlayıcılarının tuttuğu veriler onların politikalarına ve saklama sürelerine tabidir; bu veriler AB dışında da işlenebilir. Yönetmek ya da silmek için onların araçlarını (ör. Google “Reklam Merkezim”) kullanabilirsin.

5. Hakların

Yaşadığın yere göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanı geri çekme hakkın vardır. Bunun için [email protected] adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Oyun seni tanımlayan bir veri tutmadığı için isteklerin çoğu reklam ve sıralama sağlayıcılarının araçlarıyla karşılanır; nasıl yapılacağını anlatırız. Ayrıca bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

6. Çocuklar

Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz; silinmesine yardımcı oluruz.

7. Bu web sitesi

5parmak.site kendi çerezini kullanmaz ve reklam göstermez. Ziyaretler Cloudflare Web Analytics ile, kişisel veri saklanmadan sayılır. Site Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur; Cloudflare, IP adresi gibi bağlantı bilgilerini güvenlik ve iletim için kendi politikasına göre işler. Sitedeki dil seçimin yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu politika değişirse yeni hali bu sayfada, tarihiyle yayınlanır. Önemli bir değişiklik (ör. yeni bir veri türü ya da yeni bir hizmet sağlayıcı) yürürlüğe girmeden önce burada yayınlanır.

City Blocks is a mobile game developed and published by 5parmak (individual developer). This page explains what data the game processes, why, and your rights. Questions: [email protected].

In short

The game has no account and does not ask for a name, e-mail address, phone number or password.
Your progress (level stars, best score, language / sound / vibration settings) stays on your device only. We run no game server; the game sends us no data.
The game shows optional rewarded ads only (“watch an ad to continue” when you run out of lives). They are served by Google AdMob, which processes some data such as the advertising ID to do so.
The world record and leaderboards use Google Play Games or Apple Game Center; signing in to them is optional.
There are no purchases in the game. We do not ask for access to contacts, photos, the microphone, the camera or precise location (GPS). We do not sell your data.

1. Data that stays on your device

The levels you unlocked and their stars, your best endless-mode score and your language / sound / vibration settings are kept in the game's save on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game removes them.

2. Data processed by third-party services

The game uses the services below. They process data under their own privacy policies:

3. Consent and your choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and other regions where it is required, the game asks for your consent before using your data for personalised advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the Ad preferences button in the game's main menu.
On iOS the system asks for permission to track; if you decline, your advertising identifier is not shared.
In your phone's settings you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation.
Rewarded ads are optional and shown only when you choose to watch one. There are no forced ads between levels.
You do not have to sign in to Google Play Games or Game Center; if you don't, your scores stay on your device.

Legal basis: your consent for personalised advertising; legitimate interest for keeping the game free, measuring ads and preventing fraud (EU GDPR and the Turkish KVKK).

4. How long, and where

Game data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game. We do not operate a server that stores your personal data. Data held by the advertising and leaderboard providers is subject to their policies and retention periods and may be processed outside the EU. Use their tools (for example Google's “My Ad Center”) to manage or delete it.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or CCPA) you may access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to it and withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. Because the game itself keeps no data that identifies you, most requests are fulfilled through the advertising and leaderboard providers' tools, and we will explain how. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

6. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, write to us and we will help you have it removed.

7. This website

5parmak.site sets no cookies of its own and shows no ads. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no personal data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as the IP address for security and delivery under its own policy. Your language choice on the site is kept only in your browser.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. An important change (a new kind of data or a new service provider) is published here before it takes effect.
