Pop & Clean mobil oyununu 5parmak (bireysel geliştirici) geliştirir ve yayınlar. Bu sayfa, oyunun hangi verileri neden işlediğini ve bu veriler üzerindeki haklarını anlatır. Sorular için: destek@5parmak.site.
Açtığın bölümler, yıldızların, altının, alet seviyelerin, günlük hediye durumun, dil / ses / titreşim ayarların ve satın aldığın ürünlerin kaydı cihazındaki oyun kaydında tutulur. Bunlar bize ya da başka birine gönderilmez. Oyunu kaldırdığında silinir.
Oyun aşağıdaki hizmetleri kullanır. Bu hizmetler, verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler:

Hukuki dayanak: kişiselleştirilmiş reklam için rızan; satın aldığın ürünü sağlamak için sözleşmenin ifası; oyunu ücretsiz sunabilmek, reklamı ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için meşru menfaat (KVKK ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü, GDPR).
Oyun verileri cihazında durur ve oyunu kaldırdığında silinir. Kişisel verilerini saklayan bir sunucu işletmiyoruz. Reklam ve mağaza sağlayıcılarının tuttuğu veriler onların politikalarına ve saklama sürelerine tabidir; bu veriler AB dışında da işlenebilir. Yönetmek ya da silmek için onların araçlarını (ör. Google “Reklam Merkezim”) kullanabilirsin.
Yaşadığın yere göre (ör. KVKK, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA) verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesini kısıtlama, işlemeye itiraz etme ve rızanı geri çekme hakkın vardır. Bunun için destek@5parmak.site adresine yaz; 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Oyun seni tanımlayan bir veri tutmadığı için isteklerin çoğu reklam sağlayıcısının araçlarıyla karşılanır; nasıl yapılacağını anlatırız. Ayrıca bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
Oyun 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun kişisel veri paylaştığını düşünüyorsan bize yaz; silinmesine yardımcı oluruz.
5parmak.site kendi çerezini kullanmaz ve reklam göstermez. Ziyaretler Cloudflare Web Analytics ile, kişisel veri saklanmadan sayılır. Site Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur; Cloudflare, IP adresi gibi bağlantı bilgilerini güvenlik ve iletim için kendi politikasına göre işler. Sitedeki dil seçimin yalnızca tarayıcında saklanır.
Bu politika değişirse yeni hali bu sayfada, tarihiyle yayınlanır. Önemli bir değişiklik (ör. yeni bir veri türü ya da yeni bir hizmet sağlayıcı) yürürlüğe girmeden önce burada yayınlanır.

Pop & Clean is a mobile game developed and published by 5parmak (individual developer). This page explains what data the game processes, why, and your rights. Questions: destek@5parmak.site.
The levels you unlocked, your stars, coins, tool levels, daily gift status, language / sound / vibration settings and a record of what you bought are kept in the game's save on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the game removes them.
The game uses the services below. They process data under their own privacy policies:

Their policies: Google, how Google uses data from apps that use its services, Apple, Unity.
Legal basis: your consent for personalised advertising; performance of a contract for delivering what you buy; legitimate interest for keeping the game free, measuring ads and preventing fraud (EU GDPR and the Turkish KVKK).
Game data stays on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the game. We do not operate a server that stores your personal data. Data held by the advertising and store providers is subject to their policies and retention periods and may be processed outside the EU. Use their tools (for example Google's “My Ad Center”) to manage or delete it.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK or CCPA) you may access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, object to it and withdraw consent. Write to destek@5parmak.site; we answer within 30 days. Because the game itself keeps no data that identifies you, most requests are fulfilled through the advertising provider's tools, and we will explain how. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
The game is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided personal data, write to us and we will help you have it removed.
5parmak.site sets no cookies of its own and shows no ads. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores no personal data. The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as the IP address for security and delivery under its own policy. Your language choice on the site is kept only in your browser.
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with its date. An important change (a new kind of data or a new service provider) is published here before it takes effect.
