Refund Policy

14-day refund

If MarkGuard Pro is not right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not normally refunded. If you forgot to cancel and have not used Pro since the renewal, write to us within 7 days and we will refund it.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time using the link in your receipt email or the Polar customer portal. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Then your license key stops working and MarkGuard returns to the free plan.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
